(1) Attic conversion containing 2 no. double bedrooms, one ensuite, 1 no. window on side elevation and 5 no. velux windows to the rear (2) Minor alterations to domestic garage including an additional door and window (3) Alteration to position of dwelling and garage on the site

To retain and complete dwelling house, including effluent treatment system, percolation, site development works and access road

Reinstate existing derelict cottage to habitable use to include alterations to existing floor plan and elevations, proposed rear extension and all associated works. Install new sewerage treatment unit and percolation area and all associated works

For RETENTION and completion of site clearance works and access lane serving development and PERMISSION to construct a slatted shed with underground slurry storage tank and all ancillary site works. A Natura Impact Statement will be submitted with this application
