No. 07/1136, and the proposed planning for the construction of 35 No. houses which consist of 8 No. house type A (3 bed end of terrace), 11 No. house type B (2 bed mid terrace), 7 No. house type C (3 bed semi detached), 1 No. house type C1 (3 bed semi detached unit with gable treatment) and 8 No. house type D (2 bed semi detached), accessed from the existing Park Gate estate vehicular and pedestrian entrance. All with associated site works, drainage and landscaping.

For as constructed two storey four No. apartment block (previously granted for 5 No. apartments under PL Ref 15/93), retention for external alterations to windows and doors, alterations to external stairwells, minor external site alterations and all associated site works

For the construction of a domestic garage, and all associated site works

Alterations to 2 number 2 storey dwellings previously granted under PL15/94 and extended under 20/66, currently under construction. Alterations include revisions to dwelling layout and location on site, alterations to footprint on ground floor and all associated site works

Extension of Duration PL 15/94 - to construct 2 number two storey dwellings, 2 number entrances, connection to existing services, boundary fencing and landscaping, extension of existing foot path access from existing internal road way with Station Manor (PL 04/406) and all associated site works

Demolition of an existing front porch, an extension to the side and rear of an existing cottage, upgrade of sewage treatment system, including all associated site and landscaping works
