For the renovation and extension of an existing derelict dwelling, demolition of single storey attached ancillary building, connection to existing shared waste water treatment system and percolation area and all ancillary site development works

For the Retention of modifications to the existing retail building as previously granted under planning ref. 19/22 including: 1) Reconfiguration of extension layout, 2) Additional floor area, 3) 2 no. porches, 4) Internal and external alterations. Full Planning Permission is being sought for a new two storey extension to the side of the existing retail building, and all ancillary site development works

For development consisting of the construction of an ESB substation building and all ancillary site development works

For 1) extension to the existing commercial yard area, 2) relocation of percolation area as granted under planning reference number 19/22, 3) proposed new two storey style dwelling, proprietary effluent treatment system including mechanical aeration system and percolation area, new entrance walls & piers and 4) all ancillary site development works. Significant further information and revised plans have been submitted
