For the construction of a dormer type dwelling, domestic garage, formation of new site entrance onto the public road, installation of proprietary wastewater treatment unit and percolation area and completion of all ancillary site works

For RETENTION of a 1 bay extension to an underground slurry storage tank, and Full Planning PERMISSION for 1) Completion of extension to slatted shed, 2) Demolition of 3 no. existing agricultural sheds (1 slatted shed), 3) Construction of a new slatted shed / extension with underground slurry storage tanks, feed passage, cubicle accommodation, milking parlour & dairy, 4) All ancillary site development works
