To retain existing underground slatted slurry holding tank and PERMISSION to construct a new five bay shed over existing slatted tank and all associated site works

Construct specific split level dwelling house and detached domestic garage, new entrance, boundary walls, piers and fencing, proprietary wastewater treatment unit and percolation area and all ancillary site works

To retain an existing surfaced yard for storage & sale of Christmas Trees and all ancillary site works
