Retain existing commercial unit; consisting of administration block, storage shed and machinery shed; existing yard, existing sewerage treatment facilities, existing water connection, existing site entrance and all ancillary site works

To (1) erect part single storey/part two story extension to the front/side of existing commercial unit comprising of administration offices, reception area, associated staff facilities, link stairwell & signage, (2) alterations to elevations and internal layout of existing building, (3) new vehicular site entrance, service road, parking area & bicycle stands, (4) Upgrade existing sewerage treatment facilities and (5) all ancillary site works including, landscaping & boundary treatments. RETENTION permission is sought for the as built location of existing wastewater treatment system

For alterations to existing office building (previously approved under Pl. Ref No. 24/60090) to include alterations to plans, elevations, footprint and all ancillary works to the building. Retention permission is also sought for an external yard area and retaining structures associated with yard space along with alterations to site boundary from previously approved

To demolish existing uninhabitable dwelling and erect fully serviced two storey replacement dwelling with detached domestic garage, entrance, sewerage treatment facilities & all ancillary works

For the erection of a dormer height extension to the rear of existing dwelling along with side attached carport & covered patio, alterations to existing dwelling plans & elevations, relocate existing wastewater treatment system & percolation area and all ancillary site works
