For the construction of a single storey extension to existing out building and demolition of existing two storey derelict cottage. Works to the existing outbuilding will include the construction of a new roof and external walls and will be incorporated within the proposed extension as a replacement dwelling. The development will also consist of a new wastewater treatment system and all associated site works

The development consist of permission for RETENTION of 1) a single storey masonry constructed dwelling as laid out from previously planning application ref. no. 99/187 including alterations to external elevations, 2) existing entrance walls and piers and 3)a single storey masonry constructed, detached garage with a mono-pitch roof to the rear of the property

To build a new Dwelling, install a Wastewater Treatment Unit, create a new entrance onto the public road and all associated site and ancillary works

To construct dwelling house, garage, treatment system, bored well, create new entrance to public road and carry out ancillary site works

To construct a dwelling house and garage, with effluent treatment system, and new entrance from public road, with all associated site works
