Planning precedent report

For development consisting of renovation and extension of existing single storey dwelling, extension to existing shed, wastewater treatment system, soakaway, fencing and new entrances. Works to include erection of a single storey extension to the rear and north of the dwelling, alterations to the internal layout, elevations and all associated site works

To erect a fully serviced bungalow with detached domestic garage, entrance piers, connect to existing previously approved sewerage treatment facilities (Pl ref no: 08/91, 09/292 & 12/65) and RETENTION to retain existing temporary caravan accommodation on site (to be removed after completion of new dwelling) and all ancillary works

To make alterations to previously approved planning (Reg No. 19/281) to consist of alterations to site boundaries, relocate dwelling and garage and all ancillary works

For the placement of 20 photo-voltaic solar (PV) panels on the house roof (front elevation facing approximately South)

To construct 2 no. entrances onto public road. Each entrance to be a bell-mouth type entrance and associated site development works to service existing forestry plantation.

For Retention Permission (previous approval granted under 00/1437) for the following (1) as constructed alterations to dwelling house & attached domestic garage to include extension to rear, minor alterations to all elevations and revised floor plan layouts, (2) site layout to include revised locations for dwelling house and wastewater treatment system
