Construct detached domestic garage and associated site works at rear of dwelling under construction and approved under Planning Reg No 18/328

Of alterations to previously approved planning application 18/324 which includes revised house position, levels and site boundaries and omit previously approved garage together with PLANNING PERMISSION for portal frame building to rear of existing dwelling under construction and associated site works

To demolish existing dwelling and construct replacement storey and a half dwelling, detached domestic garage, provide new entrance, decommission existing septic tank and provide new effluent treatment system, percolation area, deep bore well and associated site works

To retain(1) A detached domestic building for use as a home office, study and home gym and incorporating an office, study, toilet and home gymnasium area, (2) A detached wooden shed for the storage of garden furniture and solid fuel, (3) A storage shed to the side of dwelling house for the storage of garden equipment and tools and (4) all ancillary site development works

To erect dormer dwelling, new entrance, effluent treatment system, service road to adjacent dwellings and site development works to infill site (previously approved under reg. ref. 05/1726)

For the development of a glamping site comprising 6 No. glamping pods, ancillary single storey service building, internal paths, car parking area, wastewater treatment system and percolation area, site access to the development via existing entrance to applicants' existing dwelling house together with all ancillary site development works. Significant further information and revised plans have been submitted
