Alterations for which retention is sought includes (a) the addition of an enclosed entrance porch to front, (b) single storey sun room extension to rear, (c) revised balcony design to front (d) revised window to front and (e) all associated site works

To erect fully serviced clubrooms facilities with attic accommodation and turnstile building, connection to existing services and all ancillary and associated works, also permission sought to demolish existing dressing room building and stores. Significant further information and revised plans have been submitted

To retain (1) existing storage shed extension to the north east of existing pig unit complex, (2) 2 no mobile home units to north east boundary of the site, (3) amended site layout plan to include for amended site boundary, and (4) PERMISSION to complete associated and ancillary site works.
