EXTENSION OF DURATION OF Planning Reg. No. 15/270; to erect fully serviced 96 bedroom two storey nursing home with new entrance, access roadway, car parking, landscaping, detached refuse compound, with connection to public services and all associated & ancillary works

To alter the site layout and site boundary to approved 96-bedroom two storey nursing home application (Pl. Ref. No. 15/270 & Pl. Ref. No. 20/588) and all associated & ancillary site works

To erect fully serviced 2 storey split level commercial unit, incorporating administration & staff facility areas, single storey manufacturing / assembly / storage areas, access via proposed service road permitted under PL Ref no. 15/270 from main road, parking, signage, landscaping, boundary treatments, bicycle shelter, connection to public sewer, watermain & utility services and all ancillary works. Significant further information and revised plans have been submitted.

For 14 no. Type 'A' 3-bed semi-detached dwellings, 2 no. Type 'B' 3-bed semi-detached dwellings and a two-storey terraced block on 4 no. 2-bed units, extension of existing service road, connection to existing services and all ancillary works at development known as 'Oldtown Manor'

To alter the rear boundary treatment for dwellings 16-44 as previously granted under planning reference no. 22/530 & 23/60337 and all ancillary works at development known as 'Oldtown Manor'

Construct extension to existing dwelling, to include: (i) at ground floor: extension of entrance hall, addition of kitchen-dining-living area, with alterations to existing window / door openings, and addition of new window / door openings, (ii) at first floor: ensuite bedroom with two dressing rooms, staircase and landing, (iii) with proposed new entrance, boundary walls and piers (iv) with connection to existing services and all associated site works
