Alterations to storey and a half dwelling constructed under Planning Reference 06/6388, alterations include changes to front façade, increase in floor area, changes to boundaries and ancillary works

For the phased filling and re-contouring of two exisiting dormant sand/gravel pits (contained within the same landholding) with inert soil and stone which will be partly imported and partly derived from the existing piles of everburden surrounding each pit.
