Planning precedent report

The construction of an onsite wastewater treatment system, consisting of wastewater pump station, over ground rising main, sludge tank, balance tank, aerobic digester, control room and all associated site works. Retention planning permission is sought for the erection of 2 No grain silos, 2 No gas silos and 4 No Multi-Purpose Vessels with all ancillary site works

For (a) the erection of 3 no. water tanks having maximum height of 12 meters above ground level. (b) the relocation of 2 no. existing grain silos and all associated site works

The installation of solar photovoltaic panels mounted to roof of existing portal frame building and all associated site works

(a) the change of use for part of existing portal frame building, from recreation centre to light industrial packaging / manufacturing area and visitor area. (b) External and internal alterations to include demolition of existing internal walls and alterations to roof structure and finishes. (c) The construction of an E.S.B. substation to include switch room and all ancillary development works

An extension to existing building consisting of extending existing locker room and new goods inwards/storage area at ground floor level and extending existing office area at first floor level, together with all associated site works.
