EXTENSION OF DURATION of Planning Reg. No. 15/462; for change of house design from previous grant of permission ref. 15/78 to erect a storey and a half dwelling with attached domestic garage, connection to existing sewerage treatment unit, percolation area and all associated site works

To carry out the following alterations; 1) to retain extension to existing commercial unit/workshop & storage shed. 2) alterations to site layout and boundaries to include new car park, landscaping, signage & ancillary site works. Significant further information & revised plans have been submitted

To retain (a) an agricultural slatted shed for the housing of cattle with associated underground slurry tank, (b) an agricultural shed for the storage of farm materials such as hay, straw, feed etc. and (c) all associated site works. The building is located in the curtilage of a national monument

For a single storey extension to the main dining room with a retractable roof, a single storey outdoor spa facility consisting of 2 no. ice baths, 2 no. hot tubs, 1 no. sauna pod, a relaxation pod, a changing room pod with toilet facilities and a plant room, signage and all associated site works

To erect 2 no. single storey extensions to front elevation of existing dwelling and alteration to side elevation and all ancillary site works

To construct a new single storey outdoor spa facility with basement fitness suite and plant room to the rear of Errigal Country House Hotel with all ancillary and associated site works
