Planning precedent report

Of a single storey storage shed with adjoining lean-to used for the repair of lawnmowers and small garden equipment together with all ancillary site development works. Significant further information and revised plans have been submitted.

For development consisting of an agricultural machinery storage shed together with all ancillary site development works

To retain 1. The change of use of existing agricultural machinery storage shed approved under Planning Reference no. 21/216 to a premises for the repair and sale of lawnmowers and small gardening equipment including the storage of equipment internally from public view and security reasons, 2. minor revisions to the elevations of the shed approved under planning reference 21/216, 3. Provision of single storey standalone building comprising a canteen and w.c. together with all ancillary site development works

(1) to demolish existing dormer type house and decommission old septic tank and (2) full planning permission is sought to construct dormer type replacement house, proprietary wastewater treatment unit, domestic garage, create new site entrance in place of existing and complete all ancillary site works

Construct a two storey style dwelling with detached domestic garage, install proprietary waste water treatment system and percolation area, change use of existing agricultural entrance to form new entrance from the public road, together with all associated site works

For entrance to dwelling house and retention is also being sought for the utility room and store at lower ground floor
