1.Retention permission for alterations to existing dwelling to include construction of a porch to the front elevation, a single storey extension to the side elevation, conversion of attic space and a pop up roof window. 2. Permission for the demolition of an existing single storey extension and garage to the rear of the existing dwelling and permission for the construction of a replacement single storey extension to the rear and all associated site works.

Development will consist/consists of the change of use of an existing 40sqm creche adjacent to an existing 109sqm residential property from commercial to residential, with changes to the front of the property and the change of use of an existing detached 37 sqm creche to storage shed, with all associated site development works

1) Demolition of an existing single storey bedroom, ensuite, utility room (c.13.0m sq.) attached to the side of existing two storey semi-detached dwelling. 2) Construction of a new replacement single storey flat roof extension (c.50.0m sq.) to side of existing dwelling to incorporate wc, utility, bedroom, ensuite, living area and all associated site works
