To retain existing domestic garage and erect single storey extension to same with all ancillary and associated works. Significant further information and revised plans to include the retention of the basement level and decking to the existing dwellinghouse have been submitted

For development consisting of the construction of a detached single storey pitched roof domestic garage constructed to the rear of the existing dwelling and all necessary ancillary site development works to facilitate the development

To retain detached domestic garage constructed to side of existing dwelling and all ancillary site works

To retain an extension to 1 No. Pig House, and, alterations to the site layout previously approved under planning ref. 18/446, together with all ancillary structures and all associated site works arising from the above development
