To A) retain 1 No. slatted shed (with integrated dairy/parlour and ancillary structures/facilities) and PERMISSION to construct 1 No. additional slatted shed (with integrated dairy/parlour and ancillary structures/facilities)(in lieu of developments of similar nature previously approved under Planning Ref. 19/161), and B) 1 No. ancillary storage shed, together with all ancillary structures and all associated site works arising from the above development

To construct 1 No. slatted livestock house with underground manure storage tank, 1 No. Dairy/Parlour and associated collecting area, and, silage pit(s) together with all ancillary structures and all associated site works (to include new/upgraded site entrance) arising from the above proposed development

To A) retain 2 No. Silage Pits and PERMISSION to construct 1 No. additional silage pit (in lieu of 2 No. Silage Pits previously approved under planning ref: 19/161) and to retain 1 No. feed/general purpose store, together with all ancillary structures and all associated site works arising from the above development

To construct 1 No. slatted livestock house with underground manure storage tank and 1 No. General Purpose storage shed together with all ancillary structures and all associated site works arising from the above proposed development

For the erection of detached warehouse building ancillary to existing hardware shop/builders merchants, new concrete aprons, landscaping and all associated site works

To erect domestic garage, also RETENTION to retain storage containers and fencing round existing enclosure
