For changes made to the garage, including; (xi) pedestrian door replacing window on right side elevation, (xii) window replacing pedestrian door on left side elevation, (xiii) with stone finish and brick surrounding openings to front elevation. (xiv) With relocation of the treatment system and percolation area to the rear of the dwelling. (xv) With connection to existing services and all associated site works for all works
