Change of use from existing 3 storey office building (ground and first floor with second floor plant area) to purpose-built student accommodation with extensions at ground, first & second floor levels, external alterations including revised wall finishes and window openings, 2 number pedestrian entrances, refuse storage, bicycle storage, general landscaping, perimeter wall with railings and all associated site works

Permission for retention is sought for previously installed door. Also planning permission is sought to create a terrace area which would facilitate a secondary means of escape from first floor level in the case of an emergency. Plans to erect new privacy screens, balustrade and escape ladder.

Permission for the placement of 2 No. single storey log cabin type structures to the rear of our existing community centre, for use as, 1 a sensory area and 2 an arts & crafts/hobby area, in conjunction with our existing community centre, connection to services, and all associated site works
