For conversion of existing single storey cottage into 3 No. self contained apartments which will comprise the addition of a second storey to the existing building, the construction of a new 2 storey to the rear of the existing building together with all associated ancillary and incidental works

For changes to previously granted permission ref: 21/632. The changes are namely 1. change of link building flat roof to slate pitch roof, 2. widening of link building, 3. changes to internal layout of apartments, 4. changes to windows on south, west and north facade, 5. changes to finishes of barn roof and walls, 6. PERMISSION to demolish the existing cottage, and all associated ancillary and incidental works

To demolish the existing single-storey cottage and replacing it with a new dwelling which consists of a two-storey building at the front and a single-storey building at the back and which will be connected to existing site services, together with all associated ancillary and incidental works

To change the previously granted permission for construction of additional workshop space, tea rooms, sanitary facilities, all as an addition to the existing Woollen Mills (Ref: 21/613). The changes are namely 1. change to the front of the building to be positioned directly behind an existing wall with attached EIR cabinets. 2. Change to front facade to suit the new position. 3. Change to pitches and position of the roofs to line up with the proposed dwelling on the left, as well as all associated ancillary and incidental works
