To construct a single storey dwelling and detached domestic garage, install proprietary waste water treatment system and percolation area, form new entrance and driveway, together with all associated site works

Erect new dwelling house, domestic garage, entrance, boundary walls, piers with sewerage treatment system and percolation area. Significant further information and revised plans have been submitted.
