To carry out restoration to the building known as Ballyconnell House, also to convert same to 6 No. self-contained apartments. Works to include erection of single storey bin store and plant room, install external steps to access basement, form entrances off service road, form car parking areas, construct boundary walls, connection to services and all associated works. This building is a Recorded Protected Structure

For detached commercial/warehouse unit on site of existing food production facility (Eircode H14YE02), with loading bays, extend service road, connection to existing services, raised mound and landscaping & associated site works. SIGNIFICANT FURTHER INFORMATION HAS BEEN RECEIVED

For (1) Change of use of existing building, (previously approved as 8 no. industrial/commercial/retail/office units under planning applications 04/2481 & 07/1147) to form food production, storage and distribution facility. The works will include alterations to the floor plans & elevations including new signage, provision of 2 no. flour silos, connection to existing services and associated site works; (2) RETENTION of alterations to previously approved floor plans namely demolition of dividing walls between units 2-4 & 6-8 and creation of new openings in existing walls between units 1& 2 and units 4, 5 & 6
