The development will consist of 11 no. dwelling houses of varying size and design, 1 no. building containing 2 no. apartments, new site entrance, development access roads paths, landscaping, service connections and associated site works & services

For the demolition of the existing hay shed and proposed erection of a fully serviced dwelling house including all associated site works

For alterations and demolition works to the existing Community Hall, the construction of a sports hall and arts centre and ancillary buildings along with all associated site works

Of the following development to the existing building which is a protected structure (RPS No. 130); (a)Retain change of use of the building from church / school to a single private residential unit; and (b) PERMISSION to replace the existing roof covering with natural slate, re-render the exterior of the building with lime render, provide three no. new conservation roof windows to the rear of the roof and all associated ancillary site works

The development will consist of 3 no. tourist rental cabins upgrade vehicular access entrance and associated site works and services

For a) change of use from a holiday home to a residential house and b) permission for RETENTION of attic storage area and rooflights to rear of same
