For 1) change of use of existing domestic garage to childcare facility along with external alterations, 2) single storey extension to rear, 3) new waste water treatment system and percolation area, and 4) all ancillary site development works

For the construction of a storey and a half building to the rear of existing two-storey dwelling house to provide recreational and welfare facilities for social farming scheme participants attending the applicants farm together with all ancillary site development works
