To (1) Construct extension to rear of existing CVRT Testing Building to incorporate enlarged CVRT test area and ancillary storage area, (2) Complete all ancillary site works and associated site structures

For the removal of existing car wash sump and jet wash unit and the construction of an electric vehicle charging hub and associated infrastructure consisting of the following: (i) installation of 4no. electric vehicle charging bays and 2no. charging units, (ii) new modular sub-unit and CT metering cabinet with mini pillar, (iii) EV banner signage. The proposed development also comprises of new services area along southern boundary and the installation of above ground 4,750 litre Adblue tank along eastern boundary and all other associated site development and surface water drainage works

Of first floor level floor space and associated alterations created by the addition of a mezzanine within previously approved 2 storey warehouse

To retain (a)existing detached storage shed, (b) existing maintenance store to the north elevation of the existing factory unit, (c)existing effluent plant building to the south elevation of the existing factory unit and all associated works and site works. This development comprises of an Integrated Pollution Prevention & Control Licence

To erect 5,539.00m2 or 1,053.00kWp of photovoltaic panels on the roof of shed 1 building and on the roof of shed 2 building in our factory with all associated site works
