Of the alterations to the house and garage as built on site & all other associated site and ancillary works

To erect a 30 metre high monopole telecommunications support structure carrying antennas and dishes together with associated ground-based equipment all enclosed in security fencing and to remove an existing 12m high lattice tower

To erect a 20m high telecommunications support structure carrying antennas and dishes together with associated ground-based equipment all enclosed in security fencing and to remove the existing 13.5m high telecommunications support structure

To partially demolish the existing boundary wall and enlarge existing gate access to form a new driveway entrance for vehicular parking. The works will involve replacing the existing footpath with a dished path and a new boundary pillar.
