To construct a new entrance walls, piers and fencing, and all ancillary site works

Of 1) temporary quarrying activities of a 1.9Ha site, to facilitate the ongoing N55 Road re-alignment project. 2) The quarrying activities will include the extraction of rock and processing of aggregates, 3) Restoration and landscaping works 4) and all associated site development works

For (1) RETENTION of alterations made to floor plans and elevations of dwelling previously approved under Pl. Ref. 9734, (2) PERMISSION to carry out alterations to existing dwelling to provide a first floor level with associated alterations to plans & elevations and all ancillary site works.

To replace existing sewerage treatment system with new on-site treatment unit and new percolation area with revised site boundary and all ancillary site works

To (i) widen existing entrance, (ii) upgrade to new sewerage treatment system & percolation area.

For alterations to previously approved dwelling pl. ref. 21/215 and will include (1) relocation of previously approved garage (2) erection of attached carport (3) alterations to site boundary (4) alterations to plans & elevations & all associated works
