For alterations & dormer extension to side elevation of the existing dwelling to include entrance hall, utility room, toilet, kitchen, pantry, dining, living area and at first floor, a bedroom, dressing and bathroom

For the demolition of an existing dwelling and domestic garage and the construction of a replacement, part two storey part single storey domestic dwelling with attached carport, entrance gates and piers, upgrade of existing septic tank to new treatment system and polishing filter in accordance with EPA guidelines, together with all associated site works. A Natura Impact Statement (NIS) is being submitted to the Planning Authority with this application
