To demolish/ decommission 1 no. existing pig house and 1 no. storage tank together with any ancillary structures, and to construct 2 no. pig houses together with all ancillary structures, and all associated site works (This application relates to a development, which is for the purposes of an activity requiring a license under part IV of the Environmental Protection Agency (Licensing) Regulations 1994 to 2013, as amended.) Significant further information including a revised/updated NIS has been submitted.

To (a) construct a single storey detached dwelling with usable attic space, (b) form new entrance from existing laneway by altering an existing agricultural entrance (c) install propriety sewage treatment unit and percolation area (d) construct a domestic shed towards the east of the proposed dwelling (e) together with all associated site works

To seek permission to renew the planning approval granted previously under planning application 16/443 for a solar farm project. The proposed development will consist of a solar PV farm with an export capacity of approximately 4.2MVA comprising photovoltaic panels on ground frames, an enclosed single storey building containing the ESB terminal station and switchgear apparatus, storage container, 4 no. single storey inverter stations, ducting and underground electrical cabling, perimeter fencing, 11 no. mounted CCTV cameras, provision of new access from R194 (and internal access tracks), and all associated site development and landscaping works. The planning application also seeks minor amendments to the dimensions of the approved substation and increase in the operational lifespan of the project from 25 years to 40 years. The proposed development site is located within the townland Carrickabane, Finnea, Co. Cavan approximately 4km to the south of Kilcogy and 1.5km from Lough Sheelin. Access to the site is proposed from the R194 which connects the towns of Granard and Ballyjamesduff. Significant further information and revised plans have been submitted.

For the construction of two rooflights in the main roof attic level at the front (South-West) of the house

To erect new dwelling house, domestic garage, entrance, boundary walls, piers with sewerage treatment system & percolation area

For construction of a bungalow type dwelling house with detached garage, entrance, boundary fence/wall, suitable sewerage system with polishing filter and all ancillary site works
