For the erection of a fully serviced part single storey, part two storey dwelling with detached domestic garage, entrance walls and piers, waste water treatment system, percolation area and all ancillary works

To construct 2 No. Poultry houses together with all ancillary structures (to include meal storage bin(s) and soiled water tank(s)) and all associated site works arising from the above proposed development. This application relates to a development, which is for the purposes of an activity requiring a Licence under part IV of the Environmental Protection Agency (Licensing) Regulations 1994 to 2013. An Environmental Impact Assessment Report (E.I.A.R.) and Natura Impact Statement (N.I.S.) will be submitted with this planning application

To construct 1 no. poultry house together with all ancillary structures and all associated site works arising from the above proposed development

(1) Retention Permission for as constructed additional floor area at basement level (previous approval granted under 03/36 & 07/1599); and (2) Planning Permission to complete unfinished dwelling house and associated site development works including installation of approved proprietary wastewater treatment system & percolation area

(1) Retention Permission for as constructed alterations to location of dwelling house & site boundaries (previous approval granted under 02/57 & 06/1957); and (2) Planning Permission to complete unfinished dwelling house and associated site development works including installation of approved proprietary wastewater treatment system & percolation area
