For the following: A. Construct two bedroom extension and carry out alterations to existing dwelling, including elevational changes and B. Construct detached garage, new vehicular entrance, demolish existing sheds and associated works

To demolish existing dwelling & outbuilding and construct replacement two storey dwelling, detached domestic garage, new entrance, connection to existing services and associated site works

To retain all discrepancies between the current dwelling house and what was previously granted planning permission under PL REF: 89/189 to include (1) minor alterations to external envelope, (2) the construction of a portico at the main entrance and (3) retain the building as a whole to include an oversized house footprint

For alterations to previously approved site layout, retain and continue alterations to existing dwelling under construction (Planning Reference no. 06/2480) and all ancillary works

For development consisting of the following; Construction of a two storey extension to the rear of the existing dwelling house together with all ancillary and associated site works

To (a) construct a light industrial building (1747m2), together with ancillary staff and office accommodation (b) erect retaining walls on site to facilitate the new building, (c) form connections to existing foul and surface water drains, (d) together with all associated site works
