For the demolition of an existing detached dwelling; the construction of a new part single storey/ part two storey, split-level detached dwelling; a proposed waste-water treatment unit/ septic tank & associated percolation area, along with all associated site development works

To (1) RETAIN additional floor area at variance with that approved under planning reference P07-2673; (2) PERMISSION for development which will consist of alterations and extensions to existing dwelling house, including all ancillary site works

The development will consist of the replacement of the existing dwelling with a new passive standard two storey dwelling, containing four bedrooms and garage. This application also provides for the upgrade of the existing on-site waste water treatment system and associated site works

Of dwelling house as constructed, including additional floor area, structural/stabilisation works and elevational changes at variance to that permitted under Planning Permission Ref. P19/90; revised vehicular entrance off the R478; replacement of damaged on-site wastewater treatment unit and provision of revised soil polishing filter area; ancillary landscaping works and all associated site works to facilitate the development

To demolish an existing substandard house (V95 R301) and to construct a new house, on site waste water treatment system and all associated site works

To alter and extend the existing dwelling house and all associated ancillary site works
