For proposed improvements of existing logistics facility. The proposal will include the following (1.) A 383sq.m. extension to existing 287 sq.m. of logistics/distribution buildings on site ( 2). A Proposed new circa 1540sq.m. purpose built logistics/distribution facility with ancillary office space of circa 140 sq. m.attached with associated parking ( 3). The provision of a new truck/trailer storage yard. (4). Proposed new entrance gates /piers (5). The provision of new upgraded vehicular entrance off the public road with associated improved internal access road (6). A Proposed new secondary treatment system to current EPA guidelines and percolation area to service the development (7.) the reinstatement of an existing weigh bridge on site to working order (8) The provision of new security fencing to areas required (9) Demolition of Existing Shed/ building Circa 286 sq.m. and (10) all ancillary works including all drainage infrastructure, and any other works necessary to facilitate the development

The demolition of 2 No. existing timber sheds (previously used as part of Kerry Foods plant operations). 2 The erection of two new storage unit facilities (each measuring c 409m2), new entrance and access road, new security fencing to perimeter as well as parking facilities and all associated site works

The demolition of 2 No. existing outbuildings/store units (previously used as part of Kerry Foods plant operations) circa 340 sq.m. 2 The erection of a new storage/grain storage facility circa 1164m2. 3 A new garage structure for maintenance and upkeep of Fleet vehicles for Kinsella Transport and Logistics Limited. 4. New security fencing to perimeter as well as parking facilities and all associated site works 5. The proposed works will be accessed and serviced by that previously granted permission under file ref 23/60069

Construction of a loose shed for young horses, hard core surround and all associated site works

Alterations to previously approved Pl.Reg Ref. 17/706 for the following: 1. New clubhouse design. 2. New Effluent treatment system design. 3. New carparking layout. 4. Repositioning of Pitch no. 02 together with all associated ancillary works to facilitate the above at, Ballyfree West, Glenealy, Co. Wicklow.

The following works - (1). 4 no detached dwellings on individual sites ( which will include 2 separate house types ) (2). The provision of a proposed garage for sites 1, 2 and 4. (3) The provision of an office/shed/studio for site 3. (4) A Proposed secondary treatment system to current EPA guidelines and percolation area to each of the 4 sites.(5). Connection to all services. (6). The Provision of a new vehicular entrance off the public road and internal access road (7). All ancillary works, inclusive of tree-planting, hard/soft landscaping, boundary treatment, provision of solar panels and any drainage infrastructure, necessary to facilitate the development/sites and all associated site works
