To (1) Construction of underground slurry storage tank with slatted and solid passage areas at ground level, (2) Completion of all ancillary site works and associated site structures

(1) construction of a single storey extension to rear of existing dwelling to incorporate kitchen, living, bedroom and sanitary accommodation, (2) carrying out amendments and alterations to existing dwelling elevations and floor plan layouts, (3) de-commissioning existing septic tank and soak-pit, (4) installation of proprietary wastewater treatment unit and percolation area, (5) completion of all ancillary site works and associated site structures

EXTENSION OF TIME 15/297 to a) retain alterations to development previously approved under planning reference 07/985 (to include revisions to the location and dimensions of the previously approved developments) and, b) to construct an extension to 1 no. existing pig house, together with all ancillary structures and all associated site works arising from the above development

To construct a new dormer style dwelling house, form new vehicular site entrance onto existing laneway, installation of approved proprietary wastewater treatment system & percolation area, together with all associated site development works

For the following extensions to existing dwelling (a) increase existing single storey extension approved under planning ref. no. 11/273 to two storey incorporating additional bedroom (b) single storey extension to front of existing dwelling incorporating kitchen/dining/living and utility area with alterations to floor plans and elevations and associated site works

For (1) demolition of existing domestic storage sheds, (2) construction of a two storey and single storey extension to side of existing dwelling to incorporate kitchen, living, bedroom and sanitary accommodation, (3) carrying out amendments and alterations to existing elevations and floor plan layouts to include family flat accommodation to existing ground floor area, (4) de-commissioning existing septic tank and percolation area, (5) installation of proprietary wastewater treatment unit and percolation area, (6) formation of new site entrance to public road and (7) completion of all ancillary site works and associated site structures
