For the change of use from coach house in to three short-term living units. Alterations to the floor plans layout and external elevations and connected to all existing services. (2) To erect solar panels on to the roof of the existing coach house. (3) Also to decommission the existing sewage system and upgrade to a new Sewage Treatment System with percolation area and all associated site works

For Retention Permission for as constructed detached domestic Storage Building to dwelling house

To retain (A) attic conversion, alterations to elevations (B) revised location of effluent treatment system and percolation area, previously approved under planning reg. ref. 02/486, and associated works
