Of as-built 2 no. two-storey semi-detached dwellings, nos. 60 & 61, Daisyhill Manor, previously approved under planning reg. ref. 20/346 and site development works

Resume and complete rear element of existing housing development, Daisyhill Manor, comprising 4 no. three-bed semi-detached dwellings and 1 no. four-bed detached two-storey dwelling, connection to existing services and site development works

To retain the development consisting of: an existing 2 storey dwelling, detached domestic shed, revised site boundaries & associated site works as constructed for which retention permission is sought for their as-built location, which differs from that approved under planning application 04/2470
