No1. retention permission for alterations to previously granted planning application (PD4006) to include the construction of a second floor dormer style extension, 8 no. velux roof windows, internal alterations, and all associated site works, No.2 permission for the change of use of the afore mentioned building from, previously granted retail & office space to use as community centre offices and all associated site works

Permission for the construction of a single storey extension to the front of elevation of my existing dwelling and all associated site works.

For the installation of a prefabricated building on site to be used as a kitchen to serve lunches to our students under the schools meal scheme, connection to services and all associated site works

New full size astro pitch, flood lighting, sports fencing, ball stop netting and all associated site works

The development will consist of alterations to granted planning application 2360298 which include a change to roof profile in proposed extension and alterations to brickwork cladding
