To construct a domestic garage and storage to the west side of an existing dwelling

To construct a part storey and a half/ part single storey dwelling and detached domestic garage, install proprietary waste water treatment system and percolation area, form new entrance from public road together, with all associated site works

Of single storey conservatory constructed to side of existing two storey dwelling and ancillary site works

For infilling of lands with material consisting of clean, uncontaminated soil and stones, including Article 27 material (by-product), to raise the levels and improve the land for agricultural purposes. PERMISSION is also sought for one temporary portable toilet, one wheel wash facility and one temporary onsite portacabin which will serve as an office for the duration of the infilling process. Also, a Certificate of Registration waste permit (up to 25,000 tonnes) will be sought from Cavan County Council Environment Section

For a dormer style dwelling, proprietary effluent treatment system, entrance walls and piers and associated site works
