For the construction of 1 no fully serviced, bungalow style dweling, new sewage treatment system & percolation area, new entrance walls and piers and all associated ancillary site works

To (1) construct attached single storey family flat extension to side of existing single storey dwelling (2) construct single storey living room extension to the rear of existing single storey dwelling along with elevation changes to existing dwelling (3) upgrade existing sewerage system and percolation area (4) and all ancillary site works

To (a) demolish existing derelict residence and outbuildings (natural stone from walling to be salvaged and incorporated into replacement dwelling) (b) construct a replacement dormer style dwelling and detached domestic garage, form revised upgraded entrance from public road, install proprietary sewage treatment unit and percolation area, together with all associated site works

To construct extensions to 2 No. existing poultry houses together with all ancillary structures and all associated site works (to include new site entrance) arising from the above proposed development. This application relates to a development, which is for the purposes of an activity requiring a Licence under part IV of the Environmental Protection Agency (Licensing) Regulations 1994 to 2013. An Environmental Impact Assessment Report (E.I.A.R.) will be submitted with this application

For infilling of lands with material consisting of clean, uncontaminated soil and stones, including Article 27 material (by-product), to raise the levels and improve the land for agricultural purposes. PERMISSION is also sought for one temporary portable toilet, one wheel wash facility and one temporary onsite portacabin which will serve as an office for the duration of the infilling process. Also, a Certificate of Registration waste permit (up to 25,000 tonnes) will be sought from Cavan County Council Environment Section
