To demolish existing farm building, concrete yard and replace them with an agricultural shed which will consist of a milking parlour, cow drafting yard, plant room and a slatted collection yard with slurry holding tank underneath. Also PERMISSION to erect meal bin and all associated site works

To retain the existing cow shed which consists of slatted areas with slurry holding tank underneath, cubicles and all associated site works

Retain porch and garden shed

To demolish existing dwelling and erect a two storey style dwelling. Works to include decommissioning existing septic tank and replacing with a sewage treatment system and percolation area. All works to be serviced with existing entrance at public road
