Construct slatted/Loose cattle shed to house animals, a roofed manure pit, a cattle handling area and crush and ancillary works (i.e. minor landscaping, gates, fencing, concrete yards, hardcore yard areas and farmyard access road - all for agricultural purposes only) in a new farmyard utilising the existing farm access road and entrance

Is sought to revise dwelling design of that previously granted under planning ref: no: 21/748, revise position of dwelling and garage on site, install waste water treatment system and percolation area, form new entrance from public road, together with all associated site works

To retain works completed to date (blockworks complete stage) planning ref. 04-663 and planning PERMISSION is being sought to complete the two storey dwelling and to construct (1) two storey extension to the rear of existing partially constructed two storey dwelling, (2) construct domestic garage, (3) construct sewerage treatment unit and percolation area and all ancillary site works

To (a) construct a new single storey dwelling and detached domestic garage, (b) install waste water treatment system and percolation area, (c) demolish existing derelict ruins, (d) upgrade existing entrance to form double bellmouth entrance, (e) together with all associated site works
