To (a) construct a single storey apartment with attached domestic store (b) connect to public services (c) utilize existing site entrance & (d) together with all associated site works

To (1) construct a single storey extension at the rear of the school consisting of 1 En-Suite classroom, 2 No. Resource Rooms and a Multipurpose Room with a link to the main school building (2) increase hard surface Play Area and make amendments to grass play areas and all ancillary works

For change of use of ground floor of building from a retail unit; including office, toilet, and store, to a 2 bedroom residential apartment, including; 2 no. bedrooms, 1 no. ensuite, kitchen-dining-living room, 1 no. bathroom, and entrance hall. There is no change to the gross floor area as a result of this development

For development consisting of a new flat roof dormer window within the rear roof slope of the existing 2 bedroom dormer bungalow with existing dormer windows on the front elevation. When completed the existing non-habitable room at attic floor level will become a bedroom. The dwelling will become a 3 bedroom dwelling, the existing dwelling is currently 2 bedrooms. An additional 4m2 of floor area is created at attic floor level. Other works include removal of 1 no. velux type rooflight from the rear roof slope and a new velux type rooflight within the side hipped roof slope

For development consisting of (1) the construction of a two storey pitched roof side extension to the existing single storey dwelling. The extension projects forward of the the existing house, (2) the construction of a two storey bay window to the front of the extension, (3) the construction of a single storey pitched roof porch to the front of the existing house, (4) the reconfiguration of the existing roof over the existing house, (5) a new stone finish to the front elevation of the existing house and (6) all necessary ancillary site development works to facilitate this development

To change use of part of existing single storey building (79.56m.sq. floor area) & detached home office building (23.74m.sq. floor area) to rear of existing dental practice, from residential use to dental services use with internal alterations to merge with existing adjoining dental practice to front of building (95.35m. sq. floor area) to provide a new combined dental practice floor area of 198.7m. sq.
