Permission is also sought for installation of a Waste Treatment Plant, Improvement of existing vehicular entrance & for the demolition of existing out-buildings, including all ancillary site works

For the following, 1. Elevation changes which are at variance with that granted under Condition 3 of Planning Permission P06-2780 2. The installation of 3 no roof windows on the north east elevation 3. Minor changes to internal layout 4. Minor change to on site dwelling and garage position

To construct a new dwelling house, septic tank with percolation area and all associated site works

For the construction of a dwellinghouse, proprietary treatment system and new entrance including ancillary site works

For the construction of a storey & half extension to existing dwelling to include 3 no. bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, utility, study, store & link corridor. Permission is also sought for the demolition of rear extension & side extensions & for permission for alterations and renovation of existing dwelling house & for the installation of treatment plant & percolation area including all ancillary site works

To demolish rear shed/garage. Construct rear / side extensions. modifications to front façade, new front porch with extensive internal renovations and all associated site works to existing dwelling house
