To construct 1 No. Poultry house together with all ancillary structures (to include meal storage bin(s) and soiled water tank(s)) and all associated site works (to include new/upgraded site entrance). SIGNIFICANT FURTHER INFORMATION HAS BEEN RECEIVED.

Refurbishment of existing house and barn, the demolition of derelict out-buildings, and the construction of a new part one-storey, part two-storey extension to the rear and side of the existing house, along with the upgrading of existing septic tank with a wastewater treatment system with percolation area and polishing filter, together with associated ancillary, landscaping and site works

Revisions to a previously granted education / retreat centre (Pl. Ref. 23/60014) as follows: 1) revisions to the administration building including a 142 SqM increase in floor area (now 1,400 SqM), to accommodate additional ancillary plant areas on the ground floor, a new first floor plant level, increased roof heights, revised roof overhangs and all associated internal and elevational changes, 2) an ESB substation / switch room building (32 SqM) and all associated external works

For development consisting of: A ten year permission for 1) the demolition of the Kilnacrott Abbey buildings and for the construction of an education / retreat centre comprising, 2) a caretakers lodge (residency) of 124 SqM, 3) 4 No. 3 bedroom dwelling units of 120 SqM each, 4) 4 No. multi-occupancy (8 bedroom) dormitories of 367 SqM each, 5) an administration building of 1,258 SqM with dining areas, offices, studios, crèche, ancillary toilet and stores, 6) a conference and education centre of 1,163 SqM, 7) an oratory of 180 SqM, 8) a maintenance building of 144 SqM and 9) an effluent treatment system to replace the old septic tank system, ancillary parking, sports facilities (astro pitches) and associated external works. The application is accompanied by a Natura Impact Statement (NIS)

For 1 no fully serviced, bungalow style dwelling, new sewage treatment system & percolation area, private well, new entrance walls and piers and all associated ancillary site works

To extend to the rear of the existing fully serviced dormer style dwelling house - to extend the existing ground floor kitchen & utility area and on first floor extend the master bedroom with a new en suite, dressing area & balcony to the rear elevation. Extension over the kitchen area is part two storey in style with adjoining first floor balcony. The utility area is single storey in style with roof design connecting to new canopy across the rear of the remaining existing house. Allow alterations to fenestration to some some of the elevations & roof and demolition of internal walls to allow new design. Existing waste water treatment unit and percolation area in place and maintain water connection and all ancillary site works
