To construct 1 No. Free Range Poultry house together with all ancillary structures (to include meal bin(s) and soiled water tank(s)) and all associated site works (including upgraded site entrance)

For the continued use of existing 44.5ha limestone quarry and ancillary works permitted under Planning Ref 02/949 (An Bord Pleanála Ref PL.02.203303) with quarrying operations continuing to extend laterally over an area of c. 4ha in order to reach the full extents of quarrying previously permitted and a vertical extension resulting in a maximum quarry floor depth of 25mAOD, over a period of up to 20 years, with the restoration to a waterbody and biodiverse habitats following the completion of extraction. The application is accompanied by an Environmental Impact Assessment Report (EIAR) and a Natura Impact Statement (NIS)

To upgrade an existing farm and dwelling entrance to a bellmount entrance, existing dwelling to become non domestic, erect fully serviced replacement detached single storey dwelling with detached domestic garage, new entrance, new waste water treatment system and all ancillary works

For 1. RETENTION of existing storage building, site landscaping and associated site works. 2. PERMISSION is sought to close 2 no. vehicular entrances and form a new vehicular entrance, provide new service road, alteration to service road and associated site development works

To develop attic space with alterations to approved bungalow type dwelling under construction (planning reg. ref. 18/79), alterations to elevations and connection to approved services
