(“The Drumlins” development was previously approved planning application ref. no.'s 04/2182 & 05/907). The works comprise of the construction of the following: (A) remove 19 no. existing partially constructed dwellings (B) 2 no. 4 bed two storey detached dwellings, (C) 34 no. 4 bed two storey semi-detached dwellings, (D) 2 no. 3 bed two storey detached dwellings, (E) 32 no. 3 bed two storey semi-detached dwellings, (F) 8 no. 3 bed dormer bungalow semi-detached dwellings (G) form connections to all public services, complete all service roads, footpaths, together with all associated site works - SIGNIFICANT FURTHER INFORMATION HAS BEEN RECEIVED

To complete part of housing development known as "The Drumlins", Bailieborough Road, Virginia, Co. Cavan (previous approved planning reg. no.'s 04/2182 & 05/907 relate to this site), the works to include the construction and completion of 27 dwellings as follows; (1) Complete 2 no. semi-detached dwellings at first floor level. (2) Complete and alter 4 no. 3 bed semi-detached dwellings at first floor level with optional attic accommodation, (3) Complete and alter 4 no. 4 bed semi-detached dwellings at slab level with optional attic accommodation, (4) Complete and alter 6 no. 4 bed semi-detached dwellings at slab level with optional attic accommodation, (5) Erect 6 no. 4 bed semi-detached dwellings with optional attic accommodation, (6) Erect 4 no. dual fronted semi-detached dwellings (7) Complete and alter 1 no. 4 bed detached dwelling with attached domestic garage, (8) Complete part of site services and service road for this phase and all associated site works. Significant further information, revised plans, and Natura Impact Statement have been submitted
