Planning precedent report

To erect fully serviced two storey dwelling with detached domestic garage, bellmouth entrance, sewerage treatment facilities & all ancillary site works. SIGNIFICANT FURTHER INFORMATION HAS BEEN RECEIVED

For the following: (1) To renovate the existing dormer type dwelling to include internal layout & external elevational alterations (2) to raise the roof level of entire dormer section of the dwelling to 2 storey to incorporate revised first floor layout (3) to construct first floor extension to rear of dwelling over kitchen to incorporate master bedroom (4) to construct single storey family flat extension to side and front of existing dwelling (5) to demolish existing single storey domestic store and shed (6) to decommission existing septic tank and construct new waste water treatment unit and percolation area (7) and all associated ancillary site development works

To construct a five bay extension to the existing slatted shed which will consist of slatted area with slurry holding tank underneath, calving pens, dry bedded pens and all associated site works

To (a) RETAIN and complete alterations to design of family flat extension currently under construction, previously approved under planning application ref. no. 19/237, alterations include revised floor plan and elevations (b) planning PERMISSION is sought for revised roof design from pervious mono-pitch design to a traditional A Frame design (c) planning PERMISSION is sought for alternative finishes to elevations (d) together with all associated site works

To construct a single storey family flat extension, alter driveway & demolish outbuildings, install wastewater treatment system and percolation area, together with all associated site works. Significant further information and revised plans have been submitted
