To construct a single storey detached family member accommodation unit to existing dwelling house, together with shared access and services with the existing dwelling. Planning permission is also sought to upgrade the existing septic tank to a new combined proprietary wastewater treatment system & percolation area, and all associated site development works. The proposed family unit is intended for occupation by an immediate family member and will remain in use as part of the existing single dwelling unit

To erect 2 no. permanent structures adjacent to existing building to form new outdoor covered areas (total area=75m2) ancillary to bar & restaurant use, together with all associated works. All the above in use solely during assigned opening hours

To construct a new part single storey & part two-storey dwelling house with detached domestic garage, form new vehicular site entrance onto public roadway, installation of approved proprietary wastewater treatment system & percolation area, together with all associated site development works

To install new sewerage treatment & percolation and all ancillary works to existing dwelling

To construct a new dwelling, domestic garage, wastewater treatment system and percolation area and all associated site works
