To construct a fully serviced factory premises, comprising a single storey production area, engineering works/fabrication/painting/finishing area; delivery and dispatch areas along with internal and external storage. Also two storey administration block containing offices and ancillary accommodation. External works to include car parking, access road, perimeter fencing, wash bay with interceptor, signage, flagpoles, lighting and storage racks. All Connected to existing (and proposed) access road and public services. Significant further information and revised plans have been submitted

For A) RETENTION of existing detached storage / manufacturing unit. B) Planning PERMISSION to erect 3 no. detached storage units and all associated works. Works include removal of existing temporary storage facilities. SIGNIFICANT FURTHER INFORMATION HAS BEEN RECEIVED.

To (a) demolish 2 No. existing derelict semi-detached dwellings, (b) erect 6 No. fully serviced dwellings in two terrace blocks (consisting of 5 no. 2 bed two storey units and 1 no. 3 bed two storey unit), (c) install pumping station, (d) form service road and (e) connect to public services and all associated works
